Our family, with over 20 years’ experience in hospitality and accommodation, welcomes you to Skinari and Theoxenia Chios. Skinari is one of two hotels in our family-owned business. It is located 500 meters from Agia Fotini Beach and just a few meters from a small, clear and quiet beach, Monolia, as the locals call it.

Each room is decorated with earthly tones inspired by the surrounding landscape, full of skinos-mastic trees. All of our rooms have a view of the vast, blue Aegean Sea. You feel the beauty and peace of the Aegean every day when opening your door to your private balcony.
Skinari is in central Chios, just 12km from the city and port of Chios, and 10km from the airport. Our location gives visitors the opportunity to visit and explore the unique southern sites and different northern parts of Chios.
